You read correctly: 5411 Empanadas will be opening a storefront.

The Southern Mac & Cheese truck followed a similar path. They launched a storefront near Michigan Avenue due to the success of the truck. However, their truck stemmed from a successful restaurant (The Southern) whereas 5411 is our first pure truck-to-store progression.
